Hmmm its been a month now since I started to go on diet, And the progress.. wooo I like it last mos I weight 215lbs after 2 weeks of Badminton it cut to 210…Then suddenly our team decide to conduct a healthy competition entitled ” Biggest Loser” GrabeĀ challenge ito sa lola nyo after weeks of diet since it start I now weight 201..
